How a request works

Your assistant prepares. You decide.

Anything that moves money or changes a shipment ends on your phone, in the WeShipYou app — unless you choose to let your assistant finish it.

Nothing happens without your OK

You confirm payments, cancellations and shipments in the WeShipYou app — or with a yes in the chat, only if you turn that on for an assistant.

No passwords, no card numbers

You approve the connection on a WeShipYou page. Your assistant gets its own key — never your password or your cards.

Only what is yours

It sees the accounts you belong to and their sub-accounts. It can’t change your profile, addresses or payment methods.

Requests don’t linger

A request you don’t act on expires after 24 hours, and an assistant can only keep a few open at once.

Yes. You approve the connection on a WeShipYou page, and the assistant gets its own key instead of your password. Anything that moves money or changes a shipment is confirmed by you — in the WeShipYou app, or with a yes in the chat if you turned that on — and you can disconnect the assistant at any time.

Not unless you allow it. By default it only prepares the request, and you confirm it in the WeShipYou app. In Settings → Connected assistants you can let one assistant pay shipments, ship locker packages to saved recipients, approve shop orders or cancel shipments a carrier doesn’t have yet. Turning that on needs your Face ID, fingerprint or passcode; the assistant still asks you in the chat first, pays from your wallet only, and you get a receipt every time.

Yes. It prices your locker packages with every service after your coupons, compares shipping them together with one by one, tells you when a little more weight unlocks a coupon, and checks what the destination allows in one shipment. These answers change nothing in your account.

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Meta Muse, Cursor, VS Code, Claude Code and any assistant that supports MCP connectors. Some assistants only offer custom connectors on certain plans or in certain regions, so check your assistant’s settings. The guide has the steps for each one.

Your shipments, locker, shop orders, wallet, saved addresses and mobile recharges, in the accounts you belong to and their sub-accounts. It never sees your password or your card numbers, and it can’t change your profile, addresses or payment methods.
